Ocean City Police Chase Honor Roll

The Ocean City Police Chase was started in 2003 by the Ocean City Police and Philadelphia Athletic
Charities as a 5 mile race with the start and finish at the Ocean City Music Pier and was held in September. In
2005, the race was changed to a 5k distance,the event moved to June and the course was changed to the
present state with the start on OC Boardwalk and finish on the OCHS track. The race was started as a fund
raiser for the OC Police Benevolent Association and is supported by the City of Ocean City.
